Blood Nourishing helps to Tonify Blood and Promote Blood Circulation.
Ingredients:
Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Chinese Angelica, Paeonia Lactiflora, Rehmannia Glutinosa, Liquorice Root, Candied Dates
Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse the herbs.
2. Place the herbs in the pot.
3. Add water to soak for 30 minutes.
4. Add preferred meat and bring to boil over high heat.
5. Simmer on low heat.
6. Season to taste if preferred.

Conventional method: 1 hour | 1.5L of water
Pressure cooker: 45 minutes | 850mls of water
Slow cooker: 2.5 hours | 850mls of water
