Stomach Nourishing

A herbal soup mix specially curated by our physicians with herbs that have no artificial colorings and preservatives added.​​​​​​​

Tummy Nourishing helps to Tonify Qi and Nourish the Stomach.

Ingredients:
Lion's Mane Mushroom, Poria, Fructus Amomi, Hyacinth Bean, Coix Seed, Radix Codonopsis, White pepper, Candied Dates

Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse the herbs. 
2. Place the herbs in the pot.
3. Add water to soak for 30 minutes.
4. Add preferred meat and bring to boil over high heat.
5. Simmer on low heat. 
6. Season to taste if preferred.

Simmer time & water level
Conventional method: 1 hour | 1.5L of water
Pressure cooker: 45 minutes | 850mls of water
Slow cooker: 2.5 hours | 850mls of water
